At Retroid Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handheld gaming experience. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, SD cards, and manuals, to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the console's condition and hardware integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
